Sisterhood Mornings - When You Pray Bible Study
Join Sisterhood this fall for WHEN YOU PRAY, a study that will help you examine prayers in the Bible that can inspire your own. Learn that God welcomes your praise and lament, your thanksgiving and intercession and see examples of how to pray when you’re alone or when you’re gathered with others. As you draw near to God through prayer, you’ll find your faith strengthened and your heart united to Christ.
We will meet as a large group with tables of small groups who will sit together each of the 7 weeks of the study. Sessions include worship, a video teaching, and discussion time.

Child Dedication (11:30AM)
Child Dedication offers parents the opportunity to publicly commit to leading their children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. This does not take the place of baptism, which is the next step for every person who has chosen to put their faith and trust in Jesus as their Savior. Child dedication is about the parents' commitment to provide spiritual guidance, leadership, and support.

NXTGen Parent Night: Screenagers
NXTGen is partnering with Screenagers to provide students and parents an opportunity to understand the challenges in our current screen-filled society.
Part of the Screenagers trilogy, Screenagers Next Chapter explores how social media and screen time may be impacting our teen’s mental health, and what we can do to help support youth in the face of struggles. The film features personal stories of families from an array of backgrounds with a spectrum of emotional challenges. It also observes approaches in schools that provide strategies relevant beyond the classroom setting. Interwoven into the stories are surprising insights from brain researchers, psychologists, and thought leaders that reveal evidence-based ways to support mental wellness among our youth. The event will be facilitated by a parenting expert, who will also host a Q&A session after the screening.
A showing of another film, Screenagers: Under the Influence, will be held at Lucy Beckham High School at 6pm on Monday, October 23rd. You may attend this event in addition to the Seacoast showing of Screenagers: Next Chapter on Wednesday, October 25th.

Kidscoast Baptism Class
In Kidscoast, we feel there is no greater joy than to see kids make the decision to follow Jesus and decide to publicly profess their faith before their family, friends and church through baptism.
As part of our goal to partner with parents to help kids find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference, we offer regular baptism classes for children and their parents.
At Seacoast Church, we follow believer's baptism, so we encourage parents to talk through this important decision with their kids and walk through the steps of baptism when their child is able to express their faith in Jesus.
